How to Upload a Patient List/Physician Schedule in the Portal (Global Documents Feature) 

•  Facility Admin username and password for the Portal.

• Description:  Enter the name of the document.
• Facility:  If you currently have rights on the platform to multiple Facilities, select the facility to which this Global Document applies.
• Choose an Expiration Date for the document.
• Browse your computer files for the Physician Schedule/Patient List.
• Click Create New Global Document.
  
  
• NOTE:  Global Documents uploaded via the Portal by a Facility Admin user will automatically have a 60 day expiration.  The user will not have an option to change this from the Portal.
