Remove eSign Requirement for an Author
Overview
If an author has been set up to eSign on the InfraWare 360 Platform and this feature needs to be turned off for the author, an administrator can remove the eSign requirement from the user's author settings.
Requirements
- Administrator Login for the InfraWare Management Console (IMC).
Steps
Account Administrators should follow these steps to remove the eSign requirement for an Author:
- Navigate to the Workflow tab ⇒ eSign-off Management sub-tab
- Set the Facility from the drop-down menu in the middle of the screen.
- Scroll down the list to the "Authors" section.
- Click on the "Manage" link. This takes you to the Manage eSign-off Requirements for Authors page.
- Scroll down the list and next to the author's name click on the "Edit" link. This will load the eSign-off Requirement for Author page.
- On the Author page you will see that the author will have a Yes in the "requires eSign-off column and below that the radio button for "Job Author" is selected. Check the radio button next to the "None" option.
- Click Save.
This will remove the eSign requirement for the author. For additional questions or concerns please contact Support.
