How to Print Multiple Jobs (Chart Notes) onto Adhesive (Sticky) Paper

Solution

Many facilities print out their chart notes onto adhesive or "sticky" paper.   The InfraWare 360 platform provides users the choice to download the jobs and merge those jobs into a Word document and choose to place a New Paragraph break between each job or a New Page break between each job.  

Tasks

  • Log in to the Secure Web Portal with your InfraWare username and password.
  • Select the jobs that you would like to print by placing a checkmark next to each job number
  • Click the Download icon

  •  Download on Demand Window pops up, choose the following: 
    • Format = Word
    • How to combine documents = Merged
    • Merged Separator = Paragraph
    • Click Download

  • The jobs will print in one merged Word Document with 0 Hard page breaks.  Each Job will be separated by a paragraph return.
  • Be sure to check the entire merged document before printing to ensure that the jobs are lined up properly before printing in Word
