Tab Visibility
Administrators of the InfraWare 360 platform can manage the access of their Account users (Managers, System Administrators, Transcriptionists) by controlling the tabs they can see in the IMC and manage the access of the facility users (Authors, Facility Administrators, Facility Executives) by controlling the tabs they can see in the Portal. The Account Administrator of an IW 360 facility is designated to manage users.
Manage Account User Access
To manage Account user access to the IMC, login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) and click on the Administration Tab and then click the Account subtab. Scroll down to the Features section and click on the Manage link next to Tab Visibility. Note: The Account Settings page can be viewed in either a Basic view or Advanced view (with more detailed options). The Tab Visibility setting displays in either view.
Manage Facility User Access
Note: Permissions to have visibility to a tab are cumulative. In other words, if a user has more than one role, they will be able to view all tabs allowed for each role. See a brief video demonstration here:
