Easily Manage Workflows

InfraWare’s Data Processing Center houses a reliable array of servers that queue jobs for transcription workflow steps. New dictations enter a pool of available work to be downloaded, transcribed, and marked complete when uploaded back to the platform. Workflow automation helps enable greater production capacity.

Administrators can create templates for facility-specific and work type-specific documentation, and benefit from automatic document delivery. Managers can examine & regulate the queue of dictations, limit user access, identify quality assurance requirements, and more.

Software as a Service

IW360’s servers, software, and hosting environment are maintained by InfraWare, relieving our clients of these expensive responsibilities. This backend processing provides automatic speech recognition (ASR) and automatic document delivery and supports synchronous playback of audio with text when ASR is used.
