FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Terre Haute, Ind., September 7, 2022 – InfraWare is pleased to announce the company has obtained Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) certification for a fourth consecutive year. Reflecting a sustained commitment to data privacy and protection, InfraWare’s SOC 2 Certification demonstrates the company’s high standard of care with respect to matters of security, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive information. The certification process consists of a third-party audit to verify that InfraWare securely manages our data to protect the interests of our organization and the privacy of our accounts. Dedicated staff worked in conjunction with Partner IS to complete the voluntary third-party audit and create the SOC 2 Type 2 report for the benefit of InfraWare’s current and prospective customers.
This fourth consecutive SOC 2 certification is yet another benchmark for InfraWare’s sustained focus to meet customer expectations on data privacy and security. “InfraWare has always maintained rigorous security and data confidentiality standards for our clients in the legal, insurance and medical industries, and achieving this SOC 2 Type II certification is further evidence of this commitment,” said Robert McClelland, Chief Operating Officer at InfraWare. “With the increased State and Federal regulations around data security as well as the ever-changing threat landscape with cyberattacks on organizations, this SOC2 audit conducted by an independent agency provides our customers with third-party validation that InfraWare is an exceptional choice for insurance companies, law firms and medical facilities to protect client data.”
InfraWare performs its SOC 2 certification process on an annual basis.
