Yes, InfraWare can interface with most EHR formats and supports a number of other document delivery options including secure FTP, fax and remote printing.

Yes, InfraWare offers an electronic signature option to enhance workflow productivity. Physicians log on to our EHR Web Portal to view transcribed reports and e-Sign, edit or reject them. Once a document is e-Signed, a time and date stamp is applied as well as an optional image of the physician’s actual handwritten signature.
8. How does InfraWare improve turnaround time (TAT)?
InfraWare improves turnaround time by eliminating common inefficiencies in transcription workflow and reducing manual, repetitive tasks with automated job routing and delivery of appointment lists and ADT information. 9. What training does InfraWare provide?
If you are using the InfraWare platform for outsourced transcription, your transcription provider will supply training, backed by InfraWare’s guarantee of real-time support. For hospitals directly licensing our feature-rich software, InfraWare provides a series of Web-based training sessions for transcription managers or health information managers using online web conferences. We typically utilize a train-the-trainer approach and offer three sessions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes. We also offer optional on-site training.
